This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which service professionals
(“members”) may cancel their subscription and request a refund for their membership on
TrustSkill.ie.

1.Membership Overview

TrustSkill.ie oers paid membership plans to professionals in exchange for profile visibility,
lead generation, and other promotional tools. Membership fees are charged on a monthly or
annual basis,
depending on the selected plan.

2.Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancel Anytime

Professionals may cancel their membership at any time via their account dashboard or by
contacting support@trustskill.ie.
Cancellation will:

  • Stop any future billing
  • Not aect current access until the end of the paid period

2.2 No Prorated Refunds for Ongoing Plans

If you cancel during an active subscription period, access will remain available until the
period ends. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Refund Policy

3.1 14-Day Cooling-O Period (EU Requirement)

In compliance with consumer protection regulations, new members are entitled to a full
refund if they cancel within 14 days of their initial purchase, provided they have not used the
service to:

  • View leads
  • Contact clients
  • Download any exclusive resources

To request a refund under this policy, email support@trustskill.ie with your account details and
the reason for cancellation.

3.2 Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, no refunds will be granted unless:

  • There is a verified technical issue that prevents access to the platform
  • A billing error occurred on our part (e.g., double charge)

All refund decisions after 14 days are at the sole discretion of TrustSkill.ie.

4.Changes to Subscription Plans

TrustSkill.ie reserves the right to update or modify membership plans, pricing, and benefits at
any time. Members will be notified in advance of any major changes and may cancel before
the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue.
