3.Professional Conduct (For Service Providers)

If you are a listed professional on TrustSkill.ie, you must:

  • Accurately represent your skills, services, qualifications, and experience
  • Maintain all required licenses, insurance, or certifications (if applicable)
  • Provide services in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner
  • Not solicit reviews in exchange for compensation or mislead clients
  • Not offer or request services outside the platform in an attempt to bypass membership terms
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously

4.Client Conduct (For Service Seekers)

As a client or visitor, you must:

  • Submit genuine service requests only
  • Not harass or abuse professionals
  • Not use the site to gather contact details without intent to hire
  • Not post fake reviews or ratings
