These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TrustSkill.ie platform as a
professional service provider (“you”, “your”, “Professional”). By registering on the platform,
you agree to comply with these Terms

1.Eligibility

To register and use TrustSkill.ie as a professional, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be legally eligible to oer services in Ireland.
  • Provide valid contact details and professional information.

2.Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.
  • Maintain your profile and keep it current.
  • Use the platform for lawful and professional purposes only.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

3.Professional Conduct

By using TrustSkill.ie, you agree to:

  • Deliver services in a timely, professional, and honest manner.
  • Treat all clients and users with respect and courtesy.
  • Not post misleading or false information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your work.
  • Hold your own proffesional indeminity insurance.

4.Membership & Payment

  • Access to TrustSkill.ie as a professional is provided through paid membership plans.
  • Membership fees are clearly outlined on the platform and may vary depending on plan features or duration.
  • Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Failure to pay will result in suspension or removal of your account/profile.
  • TrustSkill.ie does not charge commissions on your earnings — your only cost is the membership fee.

5.Leads & Communication

  • The platform facilitates connections between users and professionals.
  • TrustSkill.ie is not responsible for client decisions or whether a user chooses to hire you.
  • All communication and agreements between you and clients are your responsibility.

6.Reviews and Ratings

  • Clients may leave reviews and rate your services.
  • You agree not to post fake reviews or influence others to do so.
  • TrustSkill.ie reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate our content policies.

7.Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • We receive valid complaints regarding your conduct or services.
  • You misuse the platform or damage its reputation.

8.Liability to service users / consumers / clients

  • The Professional is solely responsible for services provided and no liability attaches to trustskill.ie its employees, servants and / or agents and the professional hereby indemnifies trustskill.ie and its employees, servants and / or agents against any claims whatsoever and howsoever arising made by users / consumers / clients in relation to the services provided by the Professional to the user consumer / client.

9.Limitation of Liability

  • TrustSkill.ie acts solely as a platform to connect professionals with potential clients.
  • We do not guarantee that clients will contact or hire you.
  • We are not liable for disputes, loss of earnings, or damages arising from your use of the platform.

10.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
