You are solely responsible for evaluating a professional’s background, experience, and
suitability for your needs before hiring or engaging them.

5.Limitation of Liability

By using TrustSkill.ie, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All services are provided directly by third-party professionals, not by TrustSkill.ie.
  • We are not liable for the quality, timing, legality, safety, or outcome of any services rendered by professionals.
  • Any disputes, damages, or claims must be resolved directly with the professional.

6.Reviews and Feedback

You may leave reviews of professionals you’ve hired. By submitting a review, you agree to:

  • Be honest and factual.
  • Not post defamatory, abusive, or misleading content.
  • TrustSkill.ie reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

7.Third-Party Content

Professional profiles and external links on the platform are third-party content. TrustSkill.ie is
not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of these external resources.

8.Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion,
especially in cases of abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

9.Changes to Terms
